Hi guys, I've been reading on the forum and have seen many people say they gained some length but didn't 'cement' them and they ended up losing it. How do you cement gains?

Cement may not be the most optimal wording, some might use periodic maintenance routines to stay in 'shape', including Erection Quality, Stamina, and peace of mind.
Much of this entails age, any medical/physical conditions, various mental states/conditions(depression, anxiety, for example), active in a relationship--lots of factors.

There have been other threads on the topic. Big Al has given advice about it, too.
For myself, to "cement" I did a few months of just basic stretching and edging. I did not have time to do any jelqing or Uli work, so I just did daily stretching, and not intense at that.
<Simple warm up, helicopter twirls, 5 direction stretch, helicopter twirls. 2 or three times a day, 5 days a week. Edging for at least 10/15 mins 4/5 times a week>
Did this twice, once when I hit 8, went into maintenance mode for 2/3 months and measured again at same length. Then again at 8.25, did 3 months of maintenance routines and 'maintained' the length.
I'm not an expert (though I play one in class), but I think the best cementing would probably be regular edging or ballooning. Get yourself up to max EQ and keep it there to cement the size. Stretching before probably ensures that your are keeping limber and well conditioned to be able to get up to that max EQ.03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>
