  • EQ down after multiple rest days

    One month in after doing 5 on/2 off, I’ve experienced great EQ improvements and good gains.

    However, after this weekend with 2 rest days, my EQ has gone down and I’ve experienced my first negative PIs.

    Anyone seen this after rest days? Saturday (first rest day) I had great EQ, it was rock hard. Sunday started the decline. Today has improved some, but not where it was Friday and Saturday.

    While Sunday (2nd rest day) and Monday (warm up/light stretches) I had no drive and EQ was way down, Tuesday improved towards the end of my PE session.

    Today, while still not as good EQ as Saturday(1st rest day), I feel like I had a good PE session. Also had decent morning wood, but not as large as I was last week heading into the weekend.

    Am just a little disappointed because I had so many positive PIs all day Saturday and Sunday morning, and felt like I was about to see more gains. But that all went away and seems like I lost some previous gains.

    Which makes me think all my gains have been only from improved EQ so far. We’ll see what I experience post-session today and tomorrow morning.

      The more days I take off, the more my EQ dips. If I workout every day or have sex more and more my EQ rises.
