    What's up, I've just signed up to be a member after lurking around here for a couple of months. Feeling a little insecure about my measurements after getting a general idea of what is average, and what feels good for a woman. My current measurements are 7.1 BPFSL, 6.25 BPEL, 4.7 MEG as of yesterday. I've started JP90 about 3 weeks ago and I think the first few days I applied to much pressure so I'll be starting back today with a 5 on 2 off routine listening to my PI's to know when to take a down day. Some questions I have..

    Why is my BPFSL almost a inch longer then my BPEL?

    When applying pressure when wet jelqing when do you release your top hand when your other hand is sliding up?

    Can I substitute a bath mate pump for warm up instead of stretching the ligaments as described for JP90?

    Hey Slayter!

    Welcome to the Gym.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to continue with the beginners routine for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. Release the top hand when the other hand starts to move up the shaft When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

    Bathmate with warm water works well as a warm-up. Each guy is different when it comes to the ratio of BPFSL to BPEL. My B0FSL is 1/2 inch longer than my BPEL.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

      Thanks for reply, also if my LOT is at 12:00 then do my stretches in each direction and jelq straight out and down?

        Using LOT theory as a guide, you might want to focus a little effort on stretches straight down as well. LAS (Lazy ass stretches) might be good for you too if LOT is straight up, 12 o'clock.
        But yes on the jelqs straight out and down but you could do some to each side too.
        The main thing is what you have already mentioned. Pay attention to those PIs and respond appropriately.
        Remember less is more, more times than not. Beginners have a tendency to jelq too hard, stretch too hard in efforts to get faster gains.
        Its usually a long process, so stay consistent in your efforts and your unit will reward you in time. Focus on the quality of your exercises and don't measure too often.
        PE needs to become a lifestyle that will reward you with a happy healthy dick for a lifetime.

            Thanks for the advice, I haven't tried LAS and have never even heard of them, so I'll have to research that and maybe incorporate it later after I get down my routine and techinque. I have poor EQ right now so I'm expecting to remeasure whenever I get better PI's. Appreciate it guys.

              As someone who used to feel inadequate about his own penis, I would suggest trying to look at yourself with a little bit more self-worth. Your value and happiness is more than just the penis attached to your body. In reality, pornstars are smaller than they seem, women can be satisfied with their own fingers, and what's considered average is more than just a measurement. Who you are, on the inside, has a far greater impact on relationships and is the greatest deciding factor in romance than the dimensions of your penis.

                I measured last night after making my routine again and got some different results. Had some help from my wife coming to attention. I've read the theory on soft muscle vs tunica and am a bit relieved that I re measured because my BPFSL seems to only be .25 greater then my BPEL which is actually at a 6.8. Which could be from getting a better EQ I'm not sure at this point. I've moved over to the progress forum to start a log and my first post was last night. Thanks for the support!
