  • Where to start?

    Im new here like 2 days new... Im so c onfused on where to start, still dont even know how to jelq correctly and its literally like standing at a buffet table and trying to figure out what you want to eat first ...help me out here.. Warm ups? Exercises? Anything would help

    Welcome to the Gym.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

        Hey Guy, welcome to the forums, glad you took the time to join this awesome community. First off, read, read and then do some reading. A ton of stuff here for you to ponder. Begin at the START HERE button located above in the main website of in the stickies in the beginner forums if on a mobile device. Let us know your intentions and desires. The community will step up and guide you along the way. Remember that anything PE related is a long slow slog through the daily and may take months before results are seen. Use the forums for motivation and stay focused. Working harder does not mean bigger gains. You risk injury that way. Slow and steady - enjoy yor journey my friend and again, welcome aboard.
