  • Recommend what I should do

    I am at 5.25" girth prob with full arousal, and i range from 6.8-7" length depending on the day and my arousal level.

    What I want to do is increase my girth from 5.25 to around 5.35 or 5.4".

    What do you think the best way to go about doing that is. I just want to mention that I don't care if my length increases or not, and I also don't want to achieve some super fat penis. I have a bathmate hercules original, and have done a little research.

    I'm sure others will chime in as well but what I'd suggest is a basic starting routine just to prep and condition yourself.

    From what I can gather most focussed girth exercises are fairly intensive, especially for a beginner, so get a bit experience up, then target your areas of improvement. You will probably notice an increase in length by default but also an increase in girth too.

    Start slow, condition your penis to the rigours of PE, then target specific increases once you're generally conditioned to PE.

      Start a progress log too. It helps keep you motivated and also keep track of your schedule and gains.

        Hey HellO!

        Welcome to the Gym.

        It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

        It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

        Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
