  • Minimalist girth routine?

    Hi there!

    I´m not new in PE but it can be said that I´m still a beginner: I´ve never had the commitment required to stay in a particular routine, I always wanted to get gains too fast so when I was in a routine if I didn´t see any changes in a month I just drop it off, so I have tried almost everything (including pumping and clamping) in about 3 years with 0 results.

    Now I´ve been out of PE a very long time and as I´m older (and wiser LOL) I am not worried about my penis size anymore. Of course a bigger penis is always welcome but I don´t need a 8x6 dick.

    So I was thinking about a very very elementary girth routine (length is already fine for me and my sexual partners). I just was thinking about dry jelquing 10 minutes, 4 days on 3 days off. Each month I will add 10 minutes so for month 2 I will jelq 20 minutes, month 3 30 minutes and so on until the sixth month where I will reach a maximum of 60 minutes, probably in 2 sessions of 30.

    Why 4 days on and 3 off? Because I am really busy with my engeneering studies and I will take advantage of the "weekend" (Thursday to Sunday) where I am usually more relaxed and with more time for me. Also I want to get proper rest in order to improve my EQ which is my second objetive.

    I just need 0.88 " to be in my erect girth goal, I know it is not a little and probably will take a while (a year or two) so I want to know if there´s someone here that had good gains dry jelquing alone

    If you really have problems staying with a routine and you might easily walk away if you don't see any results, yeah, you are right that maybe it is better to start only with 10 minutes of dry jelqing. After a while you see your hardness improving and then some gains. That will definitely keep you motivated.

    Starting slow and increasing over time would be the thing to do here in my opinion. Like you wrote, you are busy with your life and the time for PE is limited so no need to start searching for a super girth routines but starting slowly is the best thing to do. All the improvements and gains are welcome even if they are small, right?

    Start with the dry jelqing and then after a while, you can add something new to fresh up the routines. I get bored easily so I need to update (not change and try new things from left and right but update) my routines all the time, maybe it might work for you too. I post that link for you mate. V-jelq and O-bends can be done early in the beginning so those would be a nice addition to your only jelqing routine. Take a look what the list has.

      I added you that link there not because I think you should also do other exercises but because you wrote about quitting PE after a month. If you only dry jelq, you might do exactly that - get bored and walk away.

      There is nothing wrong with dry jelqing. I dry jelq and I like it. It is different than normal wet jelqing but I think it works. So definitely if you think that the kind of dry jelqing routine that you mention fits your life style and the schedule you have, go for it mate! No need to add anything or change anything. I am just letting you know that there are other easy girth exercises that you can also do if dry jelqing becomes too boring over time. The list is long and you can choose what ever suits you mate!

        Hi Elias, thank you for your kind words!

        For now I´ll just stick with the dry jelq at a decent erection level, maybe in the future if I see some gains maybe I can get the commitment required to do a more complex routine.

        Also I was thinking to add just 5 minutes per month and throw the ruler away until I reach 6 month of consistency in my routine.

        So, it will be like this:

        month 1: 10 mins dry jelq
        month 2: 15 mins dry jelq
        month 3: 20 mins dry jelq
        month 4: 25 mins dry jelq
        month 5: 30 mins dry jelq
        month 6: 35 mins dry jelq

        The only thing I´ll add for now is an exercise called "amazing isometrics" that I saw in the ************* forum. It basically consist in a "resisted erect kegel" holded about 10 seconds, you just get a 100% erection, push down (palm in the head, without squeezing, just pressing down) until paralell to the floor and the try to "lift" the resistance with a kegel.

        I usually did 5 to 10 of these at the end of the routine mixed with "quick lifts" (shorter contractions) and I really felt my penis kind of sore from the inside. My EQ was through the roof with this exercise and it´s more funny than regular kegels

          I like the progression in your routine, but let me add something important:

          You probably should measure once a month. Why? What happens if you gain using the 10 minutes of dry jelqing? If you don't measure than you won't know this and you'll jump into 15 minutes of drying jelqing which not only might be completely unnecessary (because you can gain using just 10 minutes) but might cause the opposite to happen - a loss in size from overtraining.

            Yeah man! It seems that you have a good mind set. No need to keep measuring all the time every week. Taking it easy and understanding that growing needs time is the way to go. Unfortunately not many guys realise that.

            I just did 5 minutes of dry jelqing + 5 minutes of V-jelqing + 5 minutes of normal wet jelqing so I am not really doing complex routines either at the moment. The kegel exercises you mention, I have done similar exercises where you stop or resist the erect penis movement with your hand. They really work the PC/BC muscles down there you are absolutely right mate! Nowadays I just go with towel raises.

              Nice hint Gator, I didn´t think about it but you really make a point. So I´ll try to measure once a month and try to not get discouraged if I don´t see gains.

              It seems that you really did a nice and basic routine Elias, what kind of gains did you have from it?

              Towels raises rocks! I just replaced them for shorter contractions using my hand instead of a towel, I did them in between the longer ones and I felt my cock really engorged and kind of sore afterwards!.

              By the way you seem to know a lot of Spanish :P

                For girth, doing wet jelqs at a higher degree of erection will work better. Also, jumping from 10 minutes to 20 minutes without any intermediary steps is huge. Why not increase reps/time each subsequent workout.
