    A 22 old. Been jelqing for 2 years (but inconsistent)
    So I consider the start of my routine February 2017.

    MWF (before I sleep) - jelq for 12-15 mins; flaccid bend (30sec, 4reps)
    TThS (after I wake) - kegel for 3-4 mins; ULI exercise (45 sec, 3 reps); compressor (5reps)

    okay routine or any reccomendation? Thanks.
