  • Beginner's Routine.......please help

    I listed the procedures to begin PE -

    warm up - 10-15 mins

    Basic Jelq - 100 rep/2-3 seconds (only wet)

    Helicopter stretch - 50 times

    Oriental message/stretching - ??

    Kegels - ??

    Edging

    I need the full details to do the stretching & kegels together. I didn't find it anywhere. Has jelqing to be done later stretching or before? Flaccid bend or V-stretching is essential?

    Any experienced & positive result gainer please help me to complete my routine so that i can start PE as soon as possible.

    One more thing i read here at some threads that doing edging doesn't need warm down period. So anyone sort this factor out please.
