So I had troubles with my strength of erections so I started doing strictly regular kegals for about a week or so. These regular kegals helped me tremendously with my strength of erection, but then I had severe PE. So I started doing strictly reverse kegals and I think my PF got too weak because I had problems with getting an erection. What is a good legal workout routine I should do so that I can keep my PF balanced and never have PE problems or ED problems? Thanks.
