    hello all,
    when i do my downward stretches i dont do straight down. i usually aim it a litle more upward until i feel the inner stretch and then hold. Is this proper? i heard that with hanging behind the cheeks or straight down is the way to go and any other angle can make your ligs toughen out too soon.

    Stretch to all directions. Keep it balanced. Left right down up btc forward etc
