hey guys,

I'm starting a kegel routine beginning with normal kegels. Gonna be doing 10 quick kegels then 1 min rest then another 10 for up to 100 kegels in the first week then 2nd week, I'm doing the same but holding the kegel for 4-5 seconds then 3rd week doing the same as 2nd week but ending with a 60 second hold. Just wondering if this sounds okay and should I also add a reverse kegel routine to that? if so how many should I do and when? also could do with information on how to identify the reverse kegel muscle as I struggle with this. thanks
