  • what does no porn mean? and smooth muscle ?

    Living by myself, no wife/gf, into P/E and having EQ issues. Day one without porn because i heard it will help my erection quality. Pretty much have been doing length exercises (extending, hanging and manual stretches) but started doing jelqing today. I read on this site that my tunica is bigger than my smooth muscle and i should do girth exercises. Does that mean i should stop doing length exercises completely and only do girth exercises till my BPEL gets closer to my BPFSL?

    Also I am having a hard time getting a good erection without some sort of visual simulation. What does no porn mean? No pictures? Only imagination?

    Yeah, I am doing AP and also have a hard time getting a good workout without the right visual aid. For now I take it as a test and have just resigned myself to not as good workouts. Hoping things will get better PE wise with no P.

      The longer you avoid porno the more your erections will come without it. You can set your routine either way. No length for a week or two should be plenty.

        Hi,

        Take this opportunity to develop your sexual mind w/o any visual queues.

        Sex, while obviously physical (I mean what is a vagina and penis for) has a very large mental component to it. I'd say its equal footing with the physical.

        I personally am practicing the ability to get a stiffy on demand by simple mind tricks.

        It's work in progress but not a wasted endeavor.

          It's amazing how P that could get a person aroused becomes boring and people have to change things up, it's a loosing battle.

          Sex with a person on the other hand is a complex situation of ALL the senses, and some would argue the spirit. P could never train someone for a real encounter and may even mess them up some a little.

            I'm in your same shoes. I'm going for length, and according to the TGC theory, smooth muscle is my limiting factor.

            I'm currently hanging. I'm not going to do a radical shift, and focus primarily on girth as this theory suggests. However, I am going to introduce some light girth work in. So probably 80% length 20% girth, instead of hanging exclusively for my PE.

                Day 3 without porn, it's weird. I dunno if I like it, it's weird touching myself without an videos or pictures. i try to remmeber old gfs, or hot girls i saw that day and imagine f'ing them lol.

                As far as the girth goes, i have been jelqing and clamping to the point of fluid build up. Is that the point I should stop for the day? when i get fluid build up? My plan is to do girth 6 days and lenght on the 7th day and see how that goes..

                  To me, "porn" includes any external input you consume for the purpose of arousal. Pictures, videos, stories, audio, even escort or personal ads.

                  Your conscious mind knows the difference between an LCD screen beaming out prerecorded images of gorgeous models doing perverse things, but your subconscious isn't so clever. You are literally training your arousal process to accept the substitution and eventually require that type and level of stimulus.

                  I've noticed some improvements myself cutting back on porn and fapping in general, but it's still sooo much easier to just open up an incognito window and let the pixels swell my unit.
