    Starting JP90

    Hey guys,
    I'm about to start the JP90 routine and was wondering if it would be affected in a bad way if I had sex a few times a week and masturbated around 4 times a week.

    I say never give up an opportunity to have sex and if you are able to have sex four times a week why waste your libido on yourself?
