I am currently running my JP90 program and have included Reverse Kegels to balance out kegels. My problem is I'm not sure which reverse kegels to do. I am doing 125 kegels/125 reverse front kegels/125 reverse back kegels.
I am doing 2x reverse kegels and I might be causing an imbalance.
What kind of reverse kegels should I perform?
If I should perform both, do I go half and half?
