Hi guys just abit of help needed please.
So iv just tested my LOT (loss of tug) and seems I'm pulling at 12 & 9 but not 6.

I'm about to start my JP90 PE iv read guys who pull at 12 or 9 and above get gains quick ish, do I only do all exercises in the up and down position non straight out.

Also I'm above average in length and don't need much more of that just girth mainly would u still do all the JP90 exercises or leave the length Ones out thx for any advice.
