  • 2 days in PJ90 exercise problem

    Hi guys.

    So I'm 2 days in to my PJ90 exercises and for the life in me I cannot keep my penis at 50 to 70% erect. I can get it there but soon as I start doing a few reps is goes and I can only end up doing all the exercises 10% to 30%. Am I wasting my time if I can't get it up.

    I never had a problem getting it up gosh. But wile doing these it's just saying no chance. Anyone else had similar problem and found away around this.

    Sounds like you over worked your dong yesterday. Take a day or two off and resume at a lighter rate and/or less reps.

      You can also do some shakes, helicopter shakes etc. There is no rush and I little break to work up a better erection can be a good thing.

        Hi buddy ye iv done them too mate in between my stretchies. 25 seconds of them I think in between stretchies left, right, out and up.

          You could also do your jelqs before stretches.

          Stretches kill EQ, especially if you're pulling with all you've got. No need to pull hard! Pull just enough till you feel a stretch.

            That consists of stretches in each direction and doing 25 kegals wile holding the stretch. Followed by circular stretchies 10 seconds and then helicopter shakes in between each set that's one set of of the 4.

            Folled by the jelcs and v jelcs 150 reps jelcs and 90 vjelcs.

              Thanks Jay ye buddy only pull to feel the stretch no more, ill try it that way doing jelcs firsts if stretchies kill EQ I only want girth anyway but all say to do the PJ90 90 day workout so I am unless I can change that up for just girth workouts.

                Continue with the JP90 for conditioning purposes. DoD the kegels separate from the stretches.

                  Thx wishful. Ye I do them wile sat in my wagon wile at work, just did them in the routine as it said to so ill leave em out from now on.

                  Thing that's bugging me is my penis won't stay semi for more than 5 mins or less so never gonna be able to do the jelqs. I think I may have a erect problem that iv just noticed.

                    If lifestyle permits, try to throw on a good porn while exercising or just download girls moaning MP3. Sounds weird, works great. Don't give up. try to supplement some Macca root pills. Takes like a week to notice a difference, but boners become rock solid. Also on rest days maybe incorporate a heating pad at night over some basketball shorts while laying on your back. The heat might loosen up those veins and capillaries allowing for more blood flow on exercise days. Don't give up though!

                      Wait...you sit in your wagon, while at work? Is a "wagon" your vehicle? Also, do you work alone, like a security guard or truck driver? No judgement, just pure curiosity.
