  • Newbie looking for a bit of clarification

    Hey there pegym. I have been reading threads on the forums here trying to get a good grip on all info. I feel like safety and patience is the key. However i haven't started. Im not sure about the whole LOT stuff i have read that its "older obsolete" info. Is that true or did i misread. Also how important is the TGC theory stuff. I read through it and its a bunch of info. I just want to know what im doing and understand. Also one more? I'm not surr if to do the JP90 or PESG light routine. What would u guys recommend. Thanks and sorry for the long post.

    My suggestion: Put in the 3 months of JP90 (it's a bit more intense compared to PESG). Or continue with it post-90 days if it had yielded good gains. If not, devise a more advanced routine (not sure what your goals are, so I won't add thought there). I wouldn't fret about LOT or TGC unless you reach a point of stagnation. In that event I would explore testing TGC.
