I'd like to seek advice for people who knows alot more than me on how to handle my problem, and my problem is that lately, I haven not gotten my morning nor night woods. Im afraid its because of the routine that im doing; and that is Kegels with Jelqs, When I jelq I use kegels as a means of "warming up" since hot water is very hard to find here in our place, so I do kegels first then do jelqs later, my routine is like "kegels - stretching(warming up for jelqs) - jelqing - post warm up.

Truthfully I dont know what to do now, should I make another routine or just find another way to find gains
