Best way to tell if ur RK correctly is just to put ur fingers in ur premium area?

Put ur fingers between ass n balls n you should be able to feel a push while RK right? That's how I identify if I'm doing it right. But why do I never see this tip in any RK explanation guides?

And same with Regular kegel u should just be able to feel it right?
