    No gains... please help.
    I'm a relative newbie to the gym and this is my first post.
    I first found pegym back in February and began pe straight away. My routine initially consisted of stretches (30 seconds each, down, left, right, up and straight out) and 15 minutes jelqs.
    I'm now up to 2 mins each way on my stretches with 2 mins compression and 15 mins news. I perform my routine 5 times per week but as of yet don't seem to have gained 1mm.
    My bpel is 6.5" but my eg is only 4.5" so this is my main concern. My target is 8" x 6" but I really need some help!
    Start: bpel 6.5" x beg 4.5"
    Current: bpel 7" x beg 5"
    Short term goal: bpel 7.5" x beg 5.5"
    Long term goal: bpel 8" x beg 6"

    Takes time. I didn't see any gains my first month either. Either keep at it or quit. Your call.

    Wait you've been at this since February? You need to try other exercises, more intensity. Try hanging.

      So you’re going to do length first, girth second?

      2 mins compression” and "15 mins news” means..

      If I did the math correctly, you’re saying you now do 10 mins of stretching? How long have you been doing 10 mins? I would suggest doing that stretching routine 2x a day. So 20 mins total. Also, consider doing BTC in place of the ‘down’.

          Yeah since February 😣 thanks for the reply, I'm definitely going to up the intensity!

                I don't see any warming up, or down in your routine. Maybe try that.

                I like to keep my unit warm and relaxed throughout all my streches as well. I relax by holding kegal for a short time and then releasing, i then focus on the release part, and i can relax my unit more, and stretch further. If you do it right, you can feel your unit get longer, and longer the more you relax and focus on the release.

                    Between The Cheeks (ass cheeks). It could be substituted with your 'straight down’ stretch, and it should hit the ligs that much more.

                      Thanks, I've been trying this since you posted and I seem to be getting a much better stretch. Any advice on how I could maximise my girth gains?
