  • is this a good newbie routine with extender?

    Hello everyone. My starting stats are only NBPEL: 4.5, BPEL: 5.1 and MSEG: 4.3.
    It is very depressing. This has taken a huge toll on me mentally. My goal right now is to hit NBPEL: 5 and BPEL: 5.6 and MSEG 4.6

    I am following the newbie routine and adding bundled stretching and possibly adding an extender for 4-6 hours per day to maximize possible gains. I donít know if this routine is too much or not so I would like your guys input. This would be my first time doing PE but I want to make the most of my newbie gains. So if adding an extender isnít detrimental, I would like to include it.


    I will be doing Manual PE and extending 2 days on and 1 day off


    5 minutes hot wrap
    5 mins of bundle stretches (moving up to 10 mins eventually)
    Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
    Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
    Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
    Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

    Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
    Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
    Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
    Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

    Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
    Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
    Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
    Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

    Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
    Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
    Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
    Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

    10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
    5 minutes hot wrap

    Drop the bundled stretching for now. They are an advanced exercise that a beginner should not attempt. I understand that you would like to gain as fast as possible but you can't rush gains, it takes time. There have been many that became overzealous with their desperation to gain fast and ended up injuring their self. You only have one penis, take care of it.

      do you think the extender is ok?

        Take it slow results will come in time. First few months keep routine as simple as possible and follow your PI. Also absolutely no devices until at least 3 months its not wroth the risk.

          JP90 (for 90 days) then join the hangers club

          After JP90 I went straight into hanging. I've recently introduced 20 mins of manual stretching in addition to hanging. Making good gains.
