Basically warm up, Jelqing 15-30 minutes. and then debating if it is better to warm down or cool down for 10 minutes?

I am jelqing with a Jelq Device. Power J Gym

what are you suggestions? i heard that its a must to warm down. but that would just continue the elasticity of the penis. so should i cool down?
