    So iv been on and off with my pe for quiet some time now... did jp90 and got some length

    This is my current routine where i just added some reps and want some confirmation that im doing it right. So far im not getting any negative Pi's

    the routine:

    120 jelqs 80 V-jelqs x3

    i do 5 days monday-friday and edge on mon-wed-friday and try to ejaculate on fridays after my edge session, since i left my girlfriend im not getting much action right now.

    Is it better to ejaculate more or is 1 day a week fine?

    Once a week is more than enough, maybe even cut down to once every 2 weeks.
    Do you not stretch? Theyre quite good for length gains
    Also consistency and increasing intensity over time is very important, and then using your Pi's to check if you're not overtraining. Here you can find a guide on how to increase intensity.
    If you've been at it for over 3 months, I would start to increase the intensity and getting some stretches in there, but dont forget to always check your Pi's!
