    Hi all.Here is my story.I have 21 years and i had sex 1st time this year.I cummed in 30 seconds and i cum like that every time when i have sex 1st time that day.I readed about kegels and reverse kegels.When i am masturbating ,if i masturbate slowly i can last 30 minutes before PONR.
    I readed about kegels and reverse kegels and can someone write me routine for kegels and reverse kegels.How to start and how many repeats/session i need to do for kegels and reverse kegels.I readed many posts but i am so confused with that.
    I want to ask is it ok to do edging and kegels/kegels every day and is it bad to ejaculate after edging session?
    Please help,i am so frustrated and i think my girlfriend will leave me if i dont cure this soon..

    Welcome, newbie! You've made an important first step to seek knowledge necessary to overcome pre-E! It's best HOWEVER, to understand the underlying cause of pre-E in order to fully attack the problem(s). Some guys are overly sensitive, anxious, lack confidence because of inexperience, while others have masturbated to PORN for many years essentially "training their brains" to seek the dopamine cortisol & adrenaline rush of orgasm as quickly as possible; then still others who have a pelvic floor imbalance, frenulum breve, etc.. There are also guys who have mental issues associated with sex too, which is a whole different arena of treatment all it's own!

    More detail about yourself including PORN habits, sexual experience, physiology, and mental anxiety (ADHD/ ADD/ etc) also needs consideration. Edging is a good stamina and EQ enhancing exercise, but edging alone will not likely solve pre-E, without considering the other causes that may be present. We can help if you'll share more of your personal history.

There are many routines to get started conditioning your penis, most listed in the start here thread on the top left corner of the tabs. As Jock alluded the problem might me anxiety, over sensitivity or desensitization, which is the reason he has asked the questions. Hope to hear back from you soon.

        Thanks for answer.I was masturbating for a 8 years on hardcore pornos.That pornos driving me crazy.When i was masturbatin i was masturbating like half an hour but every time,i was near PONR.Idk was that edging becouse when i reach PONR i stop to masturbate for 3 seconds and masturbate again and PONR is here again.That was my masturbationnn.I probably trained my brain or body to reach PONR fast.And i think i have sensitive penis.Now,when i masturbate ,i use RK and i can masturbate longer but just when i use RK,no kegels .I stoped watching pornos 30 days ago and i just watch pictures .What i need to do to cure this frustrating problem ?Thank upu all.I will do anything.I am just confused about kegels and rk so i sont know is my pelvic musscle unbalanced and i sont know what types of excercice to do.If someone can to make me routine,i will do it ,i just dont know to make myself routine an to choose excercice.

                    Sounds like you are doing what you need to, if you already stopped masturbating all the time, let the feeling come back and let the glans gain sensitivity back. For the kegels exercises just click on the Kegels tab, located in between the two large tabs that say Products and Guides. Good luck!

                      Do i need to stop masturbation competely and stop touching myself ?I need to edge every day and not to ejaculate at the end of the session (to ejaculate 3rd day of edging ) ?
                      .What to do when i have sex ?I will ejaculate than so will that ruin my excercices eithouth classic masturtbation or what ?

                        Of course you can have sex and ejaculate, that's the goal and edging will help with stamina. We are talking about masturbating where you are putting too much pressure on the glans. Eliminate that, to help the sensation to come back. Good luck!

                          You need to stop pleasuring yourself for a while.

                          You've messed up your sex mind which is as important as your sex body if not more so.

                          And no edging, I would only do kegels and reverse kegels for now.

                          If you attempt even a jelq, you may slip back into bad habits.

                          What you do now will echo in your future.

                          Follow this routine for 2 weeks and tell us how you're doing.

                          I've said all I can.

                          PS Have sex as you normally do BTW, but I would forgo touching yourself.

                              Nah I only know what I like and how to get it accomplished, a desensitized unit in our house caused me months of forced celibacy. Believe me, I am making sure that doesn't happen again, I like my "tube steak" as the Mr. Calls it.
