  • Uhm, feel like am not gaining anything.

Welp, I read some gains took about a year or so and maybe am just being impatient and pessimist.

Anyway, my routine goes like this and do them night, before I sleep:
    MWF - warm up (3-5mins)
    - flaccid bend 3 fingers (30sec for each side, continuous) and 4 fingers (30 sec for each side, continuous)
    - internal stretch penis (30sec, 5reps, continuous) **used to be jelqing but I ditched coz it's time cosuming (lol) but it did last for 3~4 months. **
    - warm down (3-5mins)

    TThS - warm up (3-5mins)
    - kegel exercise (3-5 mins, 30sec then 20sec rest)
    - uli exercise (30sec then 20sec rest, 3reps)
    - dunno what exercise is called but both hands meet in middle to create pressure, 90%erect (5reps)
    - warm down (3-5mins)

    Any advice? Thanks.

Am I overworking/doing? If that is, I'll rest for the whole July.

Everyone is different. How long have you been exercising? Interesting for myself. I didn't gain any for probably a year and a half. Then I slowed down and got some gains. Don't know why, but more intense isn't always the key to gains. I don't know about taking a month off. Possibly just a different routine. Have you looked into the PESG, or JP90? These are tried and true routines.

If I were you I wouldn't take time off. Perhaps just a week to device a different routine.

Comparatively, your routine is much lighter than mine, so I would up the intensity. Although, as Proactive said, sometimes that can be counterproductive. It has worked for me so far.

I started Jan this year. Yeah, maybe need to try new routine and get to check the routines mentioned above. Thanks mate.

Maybe I'll better try change routines. Thank you.
