    Hi i only do warmup then like 200 jelqs and then warmdown is it enough to get some girth gains? I do this 4 times a week

    Sure. It's possible. JP90 has you do 150 'Wet Jelqs' and 90 "V Jelqs'. What kind are you doing? What erection %?

      I do wet jelqs with 30 to 50 % erection

        Hi minamina iv only been PEing for 6 days now done 4 day on 2 days off as I was getting abit sore at the head back at it tomorrow.
        I do warm up
        150 wet jelqs
        90 v jelqs
        20 x 10 second squeezies
        Stretchies in all directions wile doing 10 kegels holding kegels for 5 seconds.

        I'm after just girth but I need to condition my penis so I hv to do stretch exercises too.

          I'd recommend building up slowly, 200 jelqs might be too much for a beginner. I started at 10 jelqs per hand and added 10 per week.
