  • JP90 Day 01 - FAILED MISERABLY!

    I really a video tutorial for everything mentioned in the JP90 program. I failed miserably today, I was not able to maintain my erection. I guess it's because of porn. Okay so here's how I began, I took some hot water in a bottle poured it on a wash cloth, then I used it for warm up. I kept re-heating the wash cloth by pouring the hot water on it again and again. Is this how you're supposed to warm up? I did this for 10 minutes.

    After warming up, I started doing the basic stretching exercises. I stretched to the left, did 25 kegels and then stretched straight out while holding the stretch. I've got some.. uh.. sensation in the right side of my groin right now. I don't know how to explain, like something has been worked, maybe I stretched too hard? (i dont think so).
    Now in the basic stretching, how do you do "TEN BIG CIRCLES"?

    Wet Jelqing and V-Jelqs, I kept losing the erections.

    Solutions?

    Don't do kegels during stretches. Don't stretch so hard. If that doesn't work, do your jelqs first.

      As far as V jelqs I never did them, didn't care for them.

      Don't jelq erect like the guy is in the video. Not even sure why that video is there, when erect jelqing is frowned upon.

        Thinking on good sex can do wonders for erection for PE. I myself have problems with it but warm shower and memories can help

          I'm not sure how that's a beginner routine. Id imagine some people can do it, and id imagine for others it will injure their member badly within a week. For me i know that I need three days in between workouts. I'm still getting conditioned but that's just the number I set upon. Just starting out, three or so strenuous workouts in a row seems like recipe for injury. And as many jelqs as he recommends , if you're doing it just slightly wrong, you'll get injured bad. Whereas doing an exercise with 3 minute stretches and 50 jelqs or so for one on two off for two weeks to condition could be much safer for us beginners. If you do 50 jelqs wrong the out come could be way less severe then 100-200 jelqs. Id say find what works for you and go slow. The jp90 looks like over kill at the intensity it's set at. You could still use it if you want, but sustaining an injury, just dial the numbers back and see where it goes slowly. We got a whole life to enjoy the new dick we're embarking upon, no rush to get it. A year, two years, it's your dick still. Enjoy the process!
