    Hi guys few questions I need help with please. If u can assist in any advice on vitamins and my beginners routine Dit's and bats put together.

    so I'm a week in to PE now iv got all my vitamins been taking them from the start. Are they enough? Do I need more others or more?
    L-Arginine 500mg
    Boron 3mg
    Niacin B3 100mg
    L-citrulline 750mg
    Pantothenic acid B5 500mg
    RexaZyte 1600mg
    Vitamin C 250mg
    Vitamin E 268mg

    I take These with grape fruit juice known to help all the vitamins get into your system quicker. Also take on an empty stomach.

    I'm about to buy a bathmate too off lovehoney website I need find out what's best size and one for me at my size 8.2 BPEL and 5.2" EG any help on this here also would be awsome.
    I don't intend to go stupid with this but just light and get the feel for it as it's not ment to be used for beginners?

    I'm also a gym head weighing 12 stone hight 5 foot 10" of all muscul so may take the route of growth soon.

    Is this ok for me to get gains of girth and a little length.

    My routine consists of shower warm up
    Jelqs 2 x 100 reps both hands pulling out and down.
    Next 2 fingered helicopter twerls grabbing at the base and spinning penis around 5 x 10 reps.
    V jelqs 2 x 30 reps pulling up
    Stretchies 1" below Glads pulling left hold for 20 seconds same for right up down and out I do this X 2.
    Squeezes 10 sets of 10 second squeeze holding, full fist bottom of palm against pubic bone tight grip other hand in front same way thumb ending up below glads then I squeeze for 10 seconds holding not too hard. Change hands around top hand before now goes to bottom other on top and do 10 sets of 10 second squeeze holding again.

    I do suffer from not been able to keep the correct Erection needed for a few exercises but I carry on and get them done wile doing these my flaccid can stretch to 6" plus so I hv a fair bit to work with witch helps but still ain't ideal?

    As I'm a beginner 1 week in is this routine more advanced or am I ok to carry on?
    Would I be best to split it up into 2 work outs 2 x a week and the other 2 x 3 days rest.

    When jelqing am I ment to pull fore skin back coz lubed up my fore skin roles onto my glads bell end?

    Would consist of
    Day 1 workout 1
    Day 2 workout 2
    Day rest
    Day 4 workout 1
    Day 5 workout 2
    2 day rest

    I do all the above exercises 4 x a week
    Vitamins every day.
    I also do 50 kegels a day holding for 10 seconds.
    I have sex 3 to 4 x a week.

    In total I'm after 0.8" length gains and 1" girth if anyone would recommend adding or removing anything out of my routine to get the gains I'm after?

    Why not just do the beginners routine as written?

      Look carefully at RexaZyte, it contains both L-Arginine and L-citrulline

          Ye thanks buddy it does have both and a fair few extras, should all be in my system working hard within few weeks.

            I more or less am buddy just added extras as well my Pls are all good and I'm not pushing too hard and feeling anything I should not be so I guess I was just asking advice on my ? Points wile adding what I take to aid things along. A lot of stuff u guys could help me with when the correct experienced people view my thread. 👍🏼
