If only I could hold a Kegel for longer than 1 second, this would be a good routine.
So until then should I just slowly build up until I can achieve longer?

I've bought the book "exercising the penis" by Aaron kemmer
wich ya'll probably all know .. In this book Mr Kemmer says you need to do kegels everyday ..
And in the beginning of this thread they say do this routine with one or two days rest ..
What is best?

I think it's better to give the muscle associated with kegeling some time to rest and repair, just like you would other muscles.

Have updated my routine to the following:
30 one second kegels
12 five second kegels
6 ten second kegels
3 twenty second kegels
2 thirty second kegels
1 sixty second kegel (or until failure) - presently a little over two minutes.

Guys claim a strong pc/bc muscle will help. I can't say that it did for me. My last hold is usually for three minutes or more. I probably do these twice a week, I don't do them as regularly as my jelqing routines. I would think even once a week would be a fine maintenance program.

Not necessarily dry orgasms, but arousal control, and using kegels + RKs to back down from the PONR.
