Thanks for this. I'll try this to strengthen my ability to kegel when being very flaccid. I have no problems kegeling when semi erect or fully erect, but when my dick is sleeping and very flaccid, I have problems feeling the kegel and activating the PC muscle... Happened after my injury. I think it's the only side effect of the injury along with tight balls a lot.
BPEL: 5.92, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 7.0 , 7.1,
MEG: 4.72, 5.0, 5.05, 5.1, 5.15, 5.2, 5.25, 5.3, 5.35, 5.4, 5.45, 5.5

Can someone recommend me a reverse Kegel routine? I suffer from unconscious kegals, I was told reverse kegels can heal this

I recently purchased a prostate massager and use it when doing my kegel/reverse kegel routines. The massager lets me know how firm a kegel I am doing when doing regulars by how tight it is being held against my butt. For reverses I insert it than push it nearly out. I don't know what a good reverse kegel routine is, but I started off doing about 20 reverses, and add five more each time I do them. Without the massager I wouldn't have any way of knowing if I was doing a good reverse kegel. I am up to 60 reverses now, and I am slightly tired afterwards. As for the benefits of doing them, I don't really know. When lifting you don't want to work only the front or back muscles, and I am assuming the same principle applies here.

This routine is great. I have noticed something when doing this routine though (also when just kegeling for the purpose of strengthening). It's hard to focus on anything more than the kegel. Like I have to focus on breathing because I almost forget to. And trying to do something on the computer like read or type is almost impossible.
Is this normal?

For me, anything I do regarding PE requires all of my attention. Distractions for me are just that.

Hi just quick questions as I'm desperately trying to get into the routine of kegeling however whenever I kegel my stomach tenses but apparently this is wrong..I can't kegel without tensing my stomach so I don't know what to do.
Also I have to hold my breath in order to locate these muscles but I assume this is wrong but I literally don't know how else to do this.Last edited by blackscale; 11-18-2013 at 06:03 PM.
