Now start to take a leak, and let it flow real good - then stop it. Those muscles you just used are the same as a kegel - in fact that is what you just did!!! Feel/listen to your body. Now let the urine flow start up again and let it get going steady - now stop it again. Keep trying that. When I do a kegel I don't feel any muscle movement in my stomach area at all.

    Thanks for the help but the thing is when I stop my 'piss flow' with what I can only assume is a kegel my stomach tenses regardless of whether I try not to tense it.

    I've also seen people recommend to pre-exhaust your abs by doing a hard ab workout beforehand/tensing your abs for a period. This should help. Tell us how it goes.

    Hello, since I'm new around here, I have a question:

    How many days a week should I do my kegel and reverse kegel exercises?

    I've read that its the same than going to the gym, 3 days a week, for example: Mon, Wed, Fri and weekend off.

    I really want to know if I can do this exercises from Monday to Friday without a problem.

    Your body will tell you if it is too tired or not. If you have a kegel routine and do X number of kegels at X amount of holding time, then you do it again the next day and the next day after that; if you can't hold the kegels as well as you had been, your muscles are too tired from overworking them. On the other hand, if your hold times are getting better, charge ahead.

    I just tryed you routine and it rocks my man!!!Specialy the final 60 sec set burned my muscle!!!

    1 sixty second kegel (or until failure) - presently a little over five minutes.

    I found this routine very easy. Does that mean my muscles are already strong? Should I keep doing it anyway for maintenance or should I make it more challenging?

    Sorry for this very late reply, but I would suggest - if you haven't already - simply add some reps where you feel it might be best for you.
