Kegels you can do anywhere. I started doing Kegels ages ago because of my daikon sized Prostate. I also wanted to raise my erection above the horizontal to point upwards.
Reverse Kegels is harder, I have to think of pushing out urine faster in order to do it. I use Kegels doing jelqing exercises.
Honestly I have no faith in anything but I am doing the Kegels as it is good to try to exercise some control over that region.

To be honest, even though I put in a lot of time doing kegels and reverse kegels, and my stamina increased to rather amazing levels (for me at least considering where I started at), I didn't find any changes in erection quality or stamina. I could hold off cumming, but after holding it off, I felt the same way as if I had. After holding it off I wasn't able to continue with intercourse any better then if I hadn't stopped myself.
