Hello everyone, i've read some stuff about Kegels at WebMD etc. and didn't found any reason why i should do em, it says that it is useful only for people who has various issues. So how does it benefit in the training ?
Also is there any way to test how good is the muscles ? Atm i can contract it for only around 20sec, so i suppose i need to train it alot.
But if i extremely wanted to piss i could hold probs for maybe a lot longer like over 5mins, maybe i've targeted the wrong muscles.
