I've just started getting into this PE stuff after giving up masturbation and more specifically porn for the past month and a half now. I've done a tiny bit of research and constructed a short workout I can do whenever I shower. I was hoping some more experienced guys would let me know what I can easily add / change about my work out to make it better.
I plan on doing it daily.
Jelqing 50-60 reps until hard
Stretches - 100 reps - straight out and downward because I have a upward curve
Compressions 2 sets 20-25 reps - these are hard for me to do because I always get erect while doing them
Kegels - at least 50 per shower - more if I feel like it
