  • Just Starting - Looking for advice on my planned routine

    I've just started getting into this PE stuff after giving up masturbation and more specifically porn for the past month and a half now. I've done a tiny bit of research and constructed a short workout I can do whenever I shower. I was hoping some more experienced guys would let me know what I can easily add / change about my work out to make it better.

    I plan on doing it daily.

    Jelqing 50-60 reps until hard
    Stretches - 100 reps - straight out and downward because I have a upward curve
    Compressions 2 sets 20-25 reps - these are hard for me to do because I always get erect while doing them
    Kegels - at least 50 per shower - more if I feel like it

    That's it for now

    Any advice?

    Nobody here or there can advice you correctly in reps amount or quantity..
    What is good for you might be bad for me and vice versa..Your above routine may be good for me but result in overtraining for you or the opposite.

    I advice start the JP 90 day routine..esp. that you're manually training...increase reps as you advance..

      That is far too much for a beginner. That may even be too much for someone with 3 - 4 months of exercises under their belt. Start off with a beginner routine, such as the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) to condition your penis first. Take it slow, there have been many who have injured their self form becoming overzealous in hopes of making fast gains in the beginning.
