  • I Think stretches are making me thicker.

    I've been doing a stretching routine i designed myself (First routine i've ever done) and my penis looks bigger after about 4 weeks, not length but girth wise. This is what my routine looks like
    Warm-up - 1 - 3 minutes
    Stretching - 15 minutes in each direction
    Jelq - 6 reps each hand for 5 seconds at about 10% - 50% erection level.

    So have any of yall experienced something like this? How long did it take to see gains from stretching. Also, should i change anything in my routine? I appreciat everyones opinions.

    Yes, I have. I have almost exclusively worked on length (gained 1.25 so far in 19 months) but as a result I have also gained .5 inches in girth. I jelq seldom and have stretched and hung. The girth has been a pleasant surprise!
    The Ace - going for 8.66 x 5.78 - Original Girth goal reached!!
    (Original Goal as of 2016 - based on early stat growth)

    Current: 8 BPEL x 5.98 EG
    NEW GOAL - 8.75 x 6.25!!

      It sounds like you are a very easy girth gainer, I was myself. I have never done any girth focus exercises and still made some very significant gains in that area. So yes it is possible.

      It's only been 4 weeks so keep up with your stretching, the length gains will come.
      To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

        So you stretch in one direction for 15 minutes at a time, how many sets you do.

          Almost all of my girth gains came from wearing an extender which is primarily stretching.

            sounds like you are an easy girth gainer mate! Keep up the good work!
            Also remember that you could be experiencing better EQ! Either way, welcome aboard and keep at it
