In around 2 weeks I'm going to begin with my first routine is it okay?

- warm up 11 minutes
- basic stretching ( left 30 seconds , right 30 s , straight out30 s, straight up 30 s left and right circles 30 s ) ( 3 sets so in total 7 minutes and 30 seconds of basic stretching )

- wet jelq 10 min and 30seconds ( 5 second stroke )
- 3 sets of 40 kegels ( so total 120 kegels ) pausing for 1 minute beetwen sets

- 100-200 kegels during the day

2 days on and 1 off

I want to do this routine for about 10 months and then change it

I have 4.1 inches in base girth and would like to have 4.5-4.6 in about a year I would be very happy if I get that girth so is it okay if I begin with this routine ?
