    Twice I've written a post that explained everything and my phone froze both times. I'm keeping it short this round.

    I have been lurking for years now, and know a lot about pe and the risks and rewards.

    Porn at age of 14, occasionally hooking up with girls, and had an unhealthy relationship in 2013 and developed performance anxiety. Later, after failing to perform with the girl of my dreams, I was crushed.

    Porn time.

    After a bunch of IKs from porn and kegeling (with no reverse kegels and little to no length or girth work) turned my pelvic floor into a knot for 2 yrs now, leading to a HF. Two weeks ago I started RK routine with intense pelvic stretches, and warm ups with massages to stimulate blood flow.

    Met a girl a week ago and we've been fucking like jack-rabbits...with a couple moments of erection loss. Suddenly my penis is showing some improvement. I was wondering if I should keep my routine for a while or slowly increase to exercising again.

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    P.s. I've found that my body is very responsive and apparently I can grow and shrink my dick with little effort.

    And from what I understand my high exit point provides a lot of lig to stretch.

    Current bpel: 5.75in
    Girth: ?? Proportional
    Goal bpel: 7.5-8in

    I fell the need to elaborate on this, will fill in later... Anyone that can help with post HF recovery advice?

        At about 70 or 80% mostly. I can get rock hard but it doesn't stick around for long without constant stimulation. I did pe for 2-3 weeks at a time for about 5 or 6 yrs and would get excellent PI's but it's been awhile and I'm kindof afraid to cause more damage before it heals.

          Don't do PE exercises until your penis is back to normal, IMO. PF balance is key to everything, sexual and/or PE related.

          PF work and sex is a go, keep doing what you're doing.

              Agreed with the pelvic floor comments, but also will add...keep fucking like jack-rabbitts...it's good for BOTH your psyche & confidence as well as GREAT exercise for your penis!

                  If you have unhealthy porn addiction, last thing you need is PE, IMO.

                    Agreed, I'm a pretty self aware person, i've watched myself pay a pretty vital toll for the mind-mush i get myself into with porn.

                    So far it's been a week with this girl and I have only thought about porn once (I "glanced" on my computer). Last night I had the most passionate, care free sex of my life. I intend to continue PE exercises the moment my john shows consistent PI's, because i'm a firm believer that if you don't use it (right) you lose it.

                        Update.

                        The porn thoughts are flowing a little more in the last few days. However I haven't looked at any since I committed 3 weeks ago.

                        Was able to get rid of my hard flaccid for about a week and half, but had a few long sex sessions (thanks reverse kegel) and might have IK'd a little too much, leading to a mild HF.

                        Continuing pelvic stretches and warm-ups, belly breathing, and relaxing. Eq suddenly at 10 and at a much higher frequency, confidence is high and can't help but chat up every girl I see, however, Diligently attempting to masturbate only thrice weekly and supplementing on a weekly regimine with:

                        5htp, B12, c, e, long jack, maca, lecithin, saw palmetto, along with aminos like lysine, arganine, tyrosine. These are staggered throughout the week.

                        I also realize this doesn't belong in beginners forum, so my next update will be elsewhere. I shall see you when I fully recover from a tense PF. Will continue lurking.
