  • Rest day ? What to do??

    I m newbie, ASIAN, wit 5.3" - 5.5" length,small dick. 4.2" + girth

    rest day = do nothing ?

    Can wear cock ring on rest day as maintenance? Some.simple stretching on rest day? Masturbate on rest day?

    OR DO NOTHING is the best on rest day?

    Do nothing = rest day.

      Best advice is to rest on rest day. But if you're conditioned, you can do some light ballooning on days off, depending on what your PE exercises are. For instance, if you're doing girth work you'll likely need the rest days. If you're doing a jelqing routine and conditioned, some ballooning can be done. But watch your PIs. When I did this, I didn't do more than 5 days in a row with the routine and ballooning on days off combined and I thought it helped my recovery times.

      I tried the cock ring for a while on days off, and it did help some, but through some experimenting by watching PIs I found it was best for me not wear it on days off. Some guys do and have no problems.

                Usually a 6 week on/1 week off cycle works.

                During your layoff break you can partake in some informal stamina work.

                Sexual activity is, IMO, something which should take precedence over even training. so if you're sexually active you may be covered for conditioning and some stamina exercise requirements.

                    Just traction wrap it gently ensuring you have blood flow, so as the cells divide it heals in an extended state. Ensure good blood flow though if your bell "glans" starts to get cold when the rest of your schlong is warm then loosen immediately. L-argenine and B complex are both good.
