  • Too much stretching?

    Hi guys,


    Just curious if there's such thing as "too much stretching". I do a not-so-thorough stretch before my routines where I extend it up/down/left/right/out for 40 seconds each + helicopters + firestarters.

    Beyond that, I find myself stretching it if I'm sitting down watching TV or something else mindless. I also still find time to do my stretch routine even on my rest days.


    Simple question, is this too much stretching? Should I honor rest days more? Take it easy on my penis when I'm not actively doing PE training?


    All opinions appreciated.

    Usually "too much" will reveal itself as negative PI's or injury. What you described sounds like low frequency and intensity. Everyone is different, just find your sweet spot.

      If you mean pulling your penis outward when you feel it retracting backward..then that is normal to do esp. if you're a grower...and does not overtrain your penis in off days..not really stretching!

        Sounds good, thanks guys. Just to want to make sure I'm limiting my exposure to injury as much as possible.

          You're "ALL GOOD", IMO! It's "normal" for guys to stretch a little everyday, in fact. I know I do! Just "stretching him and doing a few helicopters to shake 'em off" after a piss everyday is healthy! WE ALL DO IT!

            I think stretching is completely fine.

            As long as you're not seeing any negative PI's or injury.
            I stretch myself straight up, straight out, straight down randomly while sitting around watching a movie or hanging out with my girlfriend.

            Lmao, I'll occasionally get the "Stop doing that" from her hahahah

              I used a "no turtling" mentality, and during off days I would do some light stretching during bathroom breaks. I did a lot of stretching overall even if there wasn't any turtling, I was a bit determined for this to work. I'd watch my PIs and back off if there was any soreness, as I didn't want injury to stall or stop progress.
