    Hello PEgym.

    I'm doing PE mainly to improve EQ and sexual lasting-ability, those are my main objective, but I would also like to gain some length and a little bit of girth (bigger balls would be nice too).
    My natural measurements are BPEL: 6.7in (17cm) NBPEL: 6.3in (16cm) and MSEG: 5.5in (14cm)
    I'm mostly content with my size, but my ideal measurements would be NBPEL: 7in (18cm) and MSEG: 5.9 (15cm)
    I'm worried about making my penis too thick for certain sexual activities, I want to leave all doors (and back-doors) open.
    I'm a 20 year old who doesn't watch porn or masturbate (NoFap) so naturally I already have good EQ, but I want to get into a routine where I can enjoy incredible EQ my entire sexual life.

    I've just starting doing JP90 but with only 100 jelq-reps and 60 V-jelq-reps, as to not gain to much girth.
    I'm wondering if I should cut down on the jelqs even more, my dilemma being that (from what I understand) jelqs are essential for both girth-increase and improved EQ.

    So, what should I do to not increase my girth to much?
    What are the best exercises to get great EQ?
    Also, since I don't masturbate or edge I'm wondering if there's any other way to increase lasting-ability without masturbation.

    I think you do not need to worry just focus on JP90 and see wht direction your size growth goes in. If it starts getting more girthy focus more on stretches. I am sure you could do a stretching only routine.

      Eliminate the jelqing from your routine and focus solely on the stretches for your enlargement training. Note- multidirection stretches may beef up your base girth.

        Or keep Jelqs but do them at 40-50% erection level. This will help EQ also.

          Thanks for all the quick advise!
          I think I'll cut out the jelqing then (I'm a bit happy about that since I never enjoyed them anyways).
          I'll probably replace them with some towel-lifts, or any other exercise to increase EQ.

            Be sure to do reverse kegels also. Stretching lowers my EQ so watch for that.
