    What's the average size for girth. I'm a little bit bigger then 4.5

    Average is around 4.9. So you are right in the average range.

        I am going to say 4.9 as well.

            Lol well I read about how there is a limit to these exercises so I was wondering if anyone else has been the same size and achieved a 6inch goal

              I think you can definitely get to 5.5 inches and probably larger.
              Check out my signature. I'm amazed at my present girth. Can't believe people say PE doesn't work!

                Average is 5 with a standard deviation of 1/2 inch. So anything between 4.5 and 5.5 would be considered in the average range, with 4.5 being small average and 5.5 being large average.
                How did I get here?

                Well I was looking for Pygmy.com (I gotta thing for small people, so what), and ended up here.
                And I've been here ever since.

                  I was 4.6 girth. I got to 6.25. If you want it badly enough you can achieve it.

                    That's why I'm still in pursuit of a solid 6 inch girth...
                    I'm back to clamping to do that...along with my pumping as well.

                      Im at an even 5 girth. PE got me from 4.75 to 5 in as just over 5 months. Not sure what the normal rate of growth is. My goal is 5.75 within a year.
                      Wife happy goal 8x6.
                      My goal, 7.5x5.5.
                      Current 6x5
                      Started 6x4.75.

                        Short answer, yes. Long answer, it depends on you. There really isn't a specific limit to what you can gain. It's just that the gains are easiest at first, and take longer from there. So, the first half inch might come in 3 months. The next might take 6 months. Those definitely aren't precise time lines, but just to get the point across that it will take time to get where you want. It not only depends on your consistency and how well you do the exercises, but your own genetics as well. Some people gain easier than others.

                          Some very good points, but I'm convinced the best way to gain girth is with clamping...clamped edging with manual squeezes...

                            I agree with Getinbig. But not before good conditioning. Clamping too soon is extremely dangerous. It is best to work up. Jelqs, ulis, squeezes, then finally clamping then clamped edging.

                              Wishful is right on as usual. Condition is essential! Don't clamp until you've got at least the JP90 and probably six months of PE "under your belt"
                              After the JP90, I began to add lots of manual compression exercises like ULIs and other squeezes...then Kit jelqs...basically a manual clamp at your base with one hand and slow jelqs as well as reverse jelqs...very advanced type of manual work...
                              Clamping with a cable clamp and continuous edging is still my favorite form of PE.
