  • I am new and I want to know if my goals are realistic

    I knew about jelquing about a year ago and i practiced for 2 months aprox, but i quit (mainly because of privacy issues at that time at my home), i noticed that my erections were harder and my penis became more veiny but i am not sure if my penis grew in those 2 months (i didn't warm), I have an average penis size maybe slightly below average in lenght (5.12 In) and slight above average in girth (5.0 In), I am not satisfied with my size and i would like to add inches in length and girth, do you think that adding 2-2.5 inches in length and 1-1.5 inches in girth would be realistic for someone starting with an average size like me? I would like to know your opinions and advices please, i am from Colombia, my first language is spanish so i am sorry if i made spelling or grammar mistakes, thanks!

    2 to 2.5 inches in length is possible but not many make gains like that. Set your goals in small steps. An inch is very likely and for some even more.

    An inch of girth gains is a massive gain but it has been done.

    Even if you only reach half of your goals you would be 6.25 by 5.75, still a massive increase in volume.

    I gained an inch and a half so I know that much can be gained.

      From jelqing alone? Not sure. Hanging, yes - but there are risks. Please read the faq's in the top bar. (eg. Start Here!)

        Yes, your goals are realistic. With consistency, dedication and hard work, we all will reach our goals. I gained 0.26 inches in a month and since then I've started believing that achieving anything with hard work is possible. So my advice to you, keep a positive mindset, BELIEVE that you will achieve your goals(most important) and train wisely.

              I am new to PE excercises all I know is jelquing (i did in in the past without warming, is it worthfull that way?) I'll read about hanging, is it about hanging weighs on the penis, how is that done, is an specific device needed to do that?

                Just stick with the basics. Warm-up, Stretching, Jelqing, Warm-down. This is all you really need to do for the first 3-4 months. Drink a lot of water. Take L-Arginine. QUIT PORN FOREVER.

                  I think 2-2.5in gain would be tough without a device, but start out with manual and you can think about using a device later once you get more experience. Many people gain on the JP90, I've gained 1.5in in length with manual methods using a less intense version of the JP90, adding intensity over time to keep gaining.

                  Stretching will stretch the ligaments, jelqing will help build the vascular system to support that. Look into edging if you haven't yet, I attribute a lot of my gains to it. You're starting out with a good girth size, and length is typically easier to gain than girth. Good luck

                    does porn have a negative impact on penis size? does masturbating to porn shrink the penis so to speak haha? could you explain me why quitting porn is so important for PE?

                      you gained a lot just with manual methods, could you give me details of your basic routine? how would you rate the importance of warming in this manual PE methods, i did not warm in those first months of jelquing since i didn't find a practical way to do it, any ideas, to make the warming step more practical, please?

                        I personally stopped traditional warm ups long ago. Now I look at it as not starting cold so to speak.

                        In my humble opinion as long as you do some very light work for a few minutes like easy stretching or 5 to 10 minutes of LAS or fowfers that is enough but others swear by warming up better.

                        If you have never done warm ups giving it a shit may be good for you. Make a rice sock and use it for a month and see if it makes a difference.

                            I don`t think porn got anything to do with penis size,gains and so on.People here stop porn for other reasons.I think that if you abuse masturabtion and ejaculate too often,you can get your dick getting lower EQ and being tired all the time.This probably can shrink it a bit if done for a long time or have negative effect on gains.But the porn itself...I don`t think so.

                              There are pictures in my albums of me showing my way to warm up.I think it`s very easy way.Try it and see if it`s comfortable for you.
