  • Quick routine

    I’ve tried jp90 and I did gain from it. But the time requirement did not work for me. I live with my family and I need a quick routine or a few things I can do in the shower or bathroom. Also I can’t warm up for the suggested 10 min, maybe a quick warm up in the shower?

    Just like in anything else there is no quick way.

      You can try some stealth stretches while your in bed at night. Pretty easy to do some side, up, and straight out stretches. Go slow since warming up won't be possible.

        Hold for 10 sec each? Maybe some jelqing in the shower?

          I'd say if your trying to keep it under cover(pun intended) do longer stretches. Try 30 seconds and work up to a minute. You don't need a timer. You can watch an alarm clock and get close.
