  • My routine + questions

    Hello,

    I have just started to do PE routine and would like to hear Your opinions about it:

    1) Warmup
    2) Helicopter shakes x30 to both directions
    3) Stretching to all directions for 15-20 seconds. Doing 3-4 reps for that.
    4) Standart jelqs with one hand, because I got problem described in this topic: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...skin-back.html

    Question - is this method okay in my case?

    5) I'm doing jelqs in 3 sets, each set - 50 reps. 60 seconds rest between sets.
    6) Edging for 30 minutes - 1hour, after edging I ejaculate.

    + I'm doing ~ 100-300 kegels every day.
    Doing this routine for 2 days, then take 1 day off.

    Looks good to me. The only thing I would recommend is to hold off on ejaculating after your edging session or limit it to every 3rd or 4th day.
