  • New beginner looking for some advice!!

    Hey, everyone! I'm fairly new to the PEgym and I'm looking to start working at it more often! Anyways, I'm looking for length gains and I'm really not too into the whole using devices thing but I'm looking to increase my length gains and I'm kind of in need of some help! If you guys would be kind enough to set up a little schedule/routine for me that would be awesome! I'm currently 5.5 hard and I believe that that's pretty small for someone my age. I'm currently 18 and I'm really not so satisfied with my size. I'm trying to get to at least 6-6.5 and I'm more than willing to put work into it! The ladies don't seem to mind it, however, I feel as if I can do so much better even though I can get the job done as is. But if you guys would be kind enough to give me some beginner tips and setting up a schedule/routine that would be awesome and I'd highly appreciate it! Looking forward to seeing you all on the forums more often!

    Welcome to the gym!

    In the START HERE! link at the top left of the page you will find all of the essential information you will need to get started off safely and effectively. There are some beginner routines in there that you can choose from to get started off. The most popular one that many start with is the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine). Do plenty of reading in there and don't hesitate to ask questions if there is anything you don't understand.

      Welcome to the Gym.

      I agree that It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

      It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

      Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

      Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

      PE safely and good luck with your endeavers.

        Once you're past the beginner stage the following routine (minus the girth work) should work well: The Advanced "Jelq Free" Routine

        You can perform it 4 days a week since you'll be eliminating any girth work, and you can move up to more challenging stretches as you advance without altering the training format.
