    Whats up guys. Its my first post here or on any enlargement page. Anyways I have been doing a lot of research on penis enlargement but have not started anything yet. I am 24 and right now I am about 7 inch*NBPEL*and 7.5 BEP. Some concerns I have is that I have curvature its left and downwards I have gotten the idea that maybe some exercises will aggravate it which I do not want. My curvature is not extreme I have sex all the time with different girls, but I don’t not think it is very aesthetic and cheats me some of my real length when a vagina or hand is not straightening it out.

    So here is my plan start with the Size Genetics extender to get newbie gains and straighten me out as much as possible that along with some supplements like vig r x and collagen supplement.

    Then after I start noticing some size gains and straightening I will use jelq device (to make sure I am not doing it uneven and causing curvature to aggravate) in conjunction with manual stretching and hydro pump.

    And then once I am more advanced and have gotten all I can out of the extender continue with the other methods and start hanging, clamping, and compressing more advanced methods.

    Any thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated from what I’ve read here everybody seems like nice guys that all have an equal goal.

    I*seen a Urologist about this and she said peyronie’s and offered me Cialis and verapamil injections. Even though I have had this since I was young and am almost 100% certain it is not peyronie’s. No Thanks lol

    Welcome to the Gym.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is best to condition your dick befor starting on devices. It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your life routine.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
