Hydration, abstinence and lecithin are the main factors. I took volume pills for a year along with lecithin, zinc, maca, ashwagandha, l-arginine and pygeum. Also took bioperine for enhanced absorption. All of that just to conclude that lecithin, abstinence and hydration had the biggest impact on load size.
