I am doing something like this for some time now. I change reps here and there but that is all what i change.
I got no results for exception a bit more veiny penis but we run a marathon, right?
So no problem here.
So, i was wondering what exercise would be approprite to add to this rutine?

Since forever i am turtling a lot and i would like to see some gains on my flacid as well. Would be good to and some exercises for that too adn which one?
