I've been jelqing for just 2 days a week for the past 3 months as that's what my schedule has allowed. I did OK grip jelqs for 20 minutes after a 10 minute heated warmup and then I did another 10 minute heated warm down. Also incorporated some UJs in the past few weeks. I'm pretty eager to stick my junk in a cock ring and not have to dedicate as much time to a set routine. Was 2 days a week for 3 months enough to condition for a cock ring?
