So to stretch i will grab below the glans and pull downwards to stretch the ligaments. I read on a previous post to only stretch when flaccid as even 50% erection can be dangerous. Is this correct?

Let's go with "Yes, it can be dangerous"
When starting out it is best to follow the most careful protocol. Stretch when flaccid. Do not pull too much. If it hurts, stop.
